We collect information about you when you submit an enquiry, access one of our services. Provide your details requesting information, book into an event or activity, join our mailing list, make a donation or purchase one of our resources through the store.
How will we use that information about you?
We may contact you with information about further services, resources, events, activities or new initiatives that may be of interest to you, or to invite you to take part in feedback in relation to our services and events.
Sharing your information
We do not share or sell your information with any third party, unless we feel it is necessary for law enforcement or similar, without your express consent, with the following exceptions:
By providing us with your details you are giving us your express permission to transfer your data to our service providers including and not limited to ChurchSuite, MailChimp, to enable fulfilment of the purpose for collection.
Where such details are shared we have confidentiality agreements in place that restrict the use of your information to the purpose for which it is provided and ensure it is stored securely and kept no longer than necessary.
How long will we keep your data?
We will retain your information for as long as you are registered with us as interested in or using our services. Requesting access to, updating & removing your data You have the right to request details of all the information we hold about you. To do this, you should email us on hello@lvlslondon.com
You also have the right to ask us to update your information or have it removed from our database. This can be done using the same process as above.

In the first instance, we would ask that all complaints regarding the handling of your data be sent directly to us via email to hello@lvlslondon.com
